When you join the waitlist, we only keep what we need to tell you when Tatzumi opens. This page explains what that is and what you can ask us.

Who we are

What we keep

• Your email address.
• The country where you tattoo.
• That you agreed, with the date and time, the text you agreed to and its version.

When you send the form, our host also records your IP address and basic browser information, to keep the waitlist safe and filter out spam. The site uses no cookies, no tracking and no analytics.

Why

Only to email you when Tatzumi opens in your country. We do this because you asked us to (your consent). We never sell your data and never use it for anything else.

Where it is stored

The waitlist is stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this site, on our behalf (our "processor"). Netlify, Inc. is based in the United States; the transfer is covered by Netlify's data processing agreement, including the EU standard contractual clauses. To filter spam, Netlify uses Akismet (Automattic) as a subprocessor.

How long

Until Tatzumi opens in your country and at most 12 months after that, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. Then we delete it.

Your rights

• See the data we have about you, or have it corrected.
• Have it deleted, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Object to how we use it.
